I think it's been more than a week now since I've written - I had a Latin test today, YIKES. I was up all night (at least 30 hours) studying and I don't think it helped any, but I did sleep all afternoon and it felt great! Right now I'm listening to Madonna's "This Used to be My Playground" I love this song. I feel so overwhelmed with work, it's like there are all these projects that I've got to get done and I'm not doing anything ::sigh:: tough semester! I hope I make it!

So Frances left her mark - I had to go home to Tampa and missed out on some hard partying here in Gainesville lol. Though I did catch a catfish in our street in Tampa. We became a little island paradise for 24 hours. It was weird. I hope everyone is well, I'm home in Gainesville with some massive studying to do since I didn't get anything done this weekend. My Village CD came in the mail and I'm listening to it now =-) I like it!

This weekend went by fast! I went to an AphiO party Friday night for Sammi's birthday, yesterday I slept, did laundry and went grocery shopping for some much needed food. Today I slept. Period. I was asleep till 5! I don't think I've been sleeping well and I needed it today, so now I'm gonna do my much needed Latin homework...blah. LoL Hope everyone has a good Monday!

Well, no bids - oh well, I'm not really a frat boy...that's why I've got Alpha Phi Omega lol. Classes are official now and I sent Jessica, an old friend from the trib, a letter...I haven't talked to her...or anyone for that matter, in ages! Classes I hope are going to be cool, I like latin, I feel ancient learning it and Applied Fact Finding is gonna give me a power trip knowing I can find almost anything out I want to know about people...fun times. Speech is gonna suck and Hist. of journ. is gonna be a good class so all is well!

I had a problem @ Eckerd, they said my insurrance wasn't updated so I had to wait there an hour to get things fixed.

So my appt is coming along, I think it looks amazing. I rushed a frat tonight, Kappa Sigma - nice guys, I liked them last semester, we'll see if something comes out of that. Tomorrow is the first day of classes, I'm already skeptical about my volleyball class, it's so early and so far away from my appt. I'll check it out tomorrow. Have a good night everyone!

YAY! I'm in my new appt. It's amazing, I feel like I've got so much more freedom than the stupid dorm rooms or even being at home. It's such a nice feeling. School starts Monday - I've got 15 hours of credit. I hope I do ok, my J-school classes and latin are creepy, but the other two should be easy A's.

Ok, so it's been forever and a day since I've updated this thing. My friend wants me to put her Web ring on my blog so it's kind of forcing me to start updating this thing. It's summer time and I'm in Tampa while my parents are on the way to Boston. I'm working at the Baby GAP till school starts back up in about a month or so and I'm gonna be LIVING IN AN APPARTMENT with three of the coolest people ever =-) Other than that I'm just moping around - waiting and trying to get money. Tax Free week is coming up and I'm so going on a GAP shopping spree! Yay! Everyone say hi to me!

Ok, so my Reporting TA is a bitch. We have to OK every story we write through her...and that's one story a week and she's *so* boring. We can't do anything fun, it all has to be national news localized...or like public meetings or something. Any my philosophy classes? They're ok, I didn't yawn in any of them which is good, but my Philosophy of Psychology guy is French and is kinda hard to understand at times. But all I think should go well this semester, I hope ^o^ Wish me luck!

Oh Yeah! Happy Belated Birthday shout-out to Mike!!!
I've had a request on how my semester is going...well, it's going! Today is a first day for me, a *major* first day. I feel drop/add should be a whole week, I'm going to 1/2 of my classes for the first time today! Ethics of Communication and my Reporting Lab...so I'm sure everyone will get an updated after I visit those classes tonight...a six hour chunk, 4-10:30 AHHHHHH Also, one of my Philosophy classes, Philosophy of Psychology, lord! I wasn't in it to being with Tuesday so I missed that class, but ended up taking it and went Thursday only to have a no-show teacher!!! He e-mailed us later informing us that the school didn't inform him of the room change till it was too later. Other than that, my last class is Exceptional People...and well, I guess it's good, only been to one of those class. My 14 hour schd. was screwed up when I was kicked out of SPN1130 because I'm too advanced in Spanish...what the hell?! =-) now I've got 12 hours of 3000 level classses, freaky...lol Final analysis of this semester will be concluded after tomorrow when I've been to every one of my classes at least once lol. Since drop/add ended Friday, and it'll be Tuesday by the time I've been to them all!!!! I'm also waiting for my response from The Tampa Tribune on the internship...the light at the end of the tunnel isn't looking to bright, but there is still a little light of hope left ^o^ If Beverly and Donna and everyone loved me so much they'll accept me LoL Ciao all, good luck!

Ok, it's been way too long since I've updated. How is everyone? I'm...ok, having some issues with the damn spring schd. but hopefully it'll work out tomorrow. I had a GREAT break. We went to Disney for my birthday, as well as my suprise party before I left with my friends. Thanks all for that. It was great. As of now...I'm sitting back in my dorm room, waiting for 10:30 so I can re-register since UF has it's shitty language policies...::sigh::

So I've applied to St. Pete Times and The Tampa Tribune for internships...I'm kinda nervous when I get one, I hope my story is good enough. I turned one into an editor @ Mother Trib to get published for Extra Credit in my class...she said it was a good start but wants like four pages more!!! What am I to do! No time!!!!! She made a comment that, "If this looks had, it is. It's what we do every day on deadline." Yeah...that's all you do! You don't have 12 hours of class, Dance Marathon, Office of Community Service and Student Government to do as well!!!!! ACK! I'm not gonna get that much needed 25 bonus pts.

Went to St. Augustine beach yesterday with Laura, Eli, Ian and Jon. A very much needed relaxing little break, we went for a few hours and mother nature had her way with us. The waves were great, and the current dragged us in our fun and frolics 1/2 way down the beach. We left @ 4 to make it back to Gator Growl by 7, and on the way we stopped at a Sonic...very quick in and out bathroom/dinner grab and in the women's bathroom, Jon found $45! We rushed back and made it *just* in time to Gator Growl...good think too because Laura had everyone's tickets! Gator Growl was ok...not as good as last year, but hey...what can you expect from the SG Ignite party, eh? I came back...ignored the parties, and passed out in my bed from exhaustian...and woke up @ 10:30 to my roommates alarm clock =-)
